Basic/Medium Techniques

Name: Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique
Type: C-rank, Supplementary, All ranges
Effect: This jutsu changes the appearance of a nearby object or area.

Name: Body Replacement Technique
Type: E-rank, Supplementary
Effect: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack.

Name: Summoning Technique
Type: C-rank, Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary
Effect: The basic form of all summoning techniques, this jutsu uses a contract, hand seals, and the user's blood to summon an animal from another dimension.

Name: Silent Homicide Technique

Effect: This technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user is very silent, it cannot be defended against. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away. (Doesn't often uses this Technique, only when in Stealth Missions)

Effect: Rasengan doesn't use handsigns, it relies only on the chakra control of the user, and once it's complete, it becomes self-sustaining.

Type: A-rank, Offensive, Short to mid-range (0-10m)
Effect: This jutsu creates a blade of wind. The blade is said to be impossible to block because of its intangible nature, although since it uses wind a fire attack of equal strength might be able to block it.

Name: Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique
Type: Unknown
Effect: Using this jutsu, the user can merge with another object and take on its properties to avoid any damage.

Name: Flying Hurricane (Custom)
Type: B-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m)
Effect: Using his chakra to extend the blade of his Katana, the User attacks his opponent. The chakra can inflict injury even if the blade does not hit its target.

Name: Shadow Seal: Hyorinmaru's Release (Custom)
Type: S-rank, Supplementary
Effect: The user's Katana releases a strange Chakra stored within his Sword - granting him massive increases in speed, Strength and Chakra by double of his regular Stats. (Rarely uses this Technique unless provoked or is nearly defeated. Can be used once every Year, due to the amount of Chakra the user has to store within the Object)

Name: Shapeshifting Technique
Type: Unknown, Supplementary
Effect: Using a body (Deceased excluded), the user is able to use the body to transform into the original user and copy its basic Techniques, as well as its own. however, the user must remain in the same place for the technique to continue working.

Effect: This jutsu is similar to the Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique. It allows the user to become invisible and then move in and out of rock. It can also be used to avoid earth style jutsus.

Effect: This jutsu is similar to the Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique. It allows the user to become invisible and then move in and out of rock. It can also be used to avoid earth style jutsus.

Name: Earth Release: Bedrock Coffin
Type: Unknown, Offensive, Long Range (0-10 m)
Effect: This jutsu allows the user to control multiple sections of rock and move them around their opponent. The user then forms them into two gigantic sections and crushes them together and their opponent in the middle.

Name: Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld
Type: A-Rank, Offensive, All Ranges
Effect: This technique creates a large swamp that immobilizes and kills the target. However the size of the swamp is proportioned to the amount of chakra of the user.

Name: Earth Release: Rock Lodging Destruction
Type: B-rank, Offensive, All ranges
Effect: This jutsu dislodges rocks above an opponent to crush them.

Name: Earth Release: Split Earth Turn Around Palm
Type: C-rank, Offensive, All ranges
Effect: This technique causes the ground surrounding the enemy to spiral inwards on itself, burying them alive or crushing them.

Name: Earth Release: Inner Decapitation Technique
Type: D-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m)
Effect: The user, emerging from the ground below the target area, pulls down (or possibly swaps places with) the opponent so that only their head is above ground.

Name: Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique
Type: C-rank, Supplementary
Effect: Using this jutsu, a person can hide underground until they're ready to attack an opponent.

Name: Earth Release Barrier: Dungeon Chamber of Nothingness
Type: B-rank, Offensive, Supplementary, Short to mid-range (0-10m)
Effect: This Jutsu traps the victims inside a self-repairing dome of earth. the user is able to absorb the chakra of anyone trapped inside.

Name: Earth Release: Massive Chamber Barrier (Custom)
Type: B-rank, Defense, Supplementary, Short to mid-range (0-10m)
Effect: This jutsu Creates a self-repairing dome of earth surrounding the user or anything in its range, capable of withstanding considerably strong attacks and projectiles.

Name: Earth Clone Technique (Custom)
Type: B-rank, Supplementary
Effect: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. Rather then disappearing into a smoke of dust once destroyed, the Clones shatter into rocks and pebbles.


Wind

Name: Wind Release: Dispersing Whirlwind Tornado
Type: A-rank, Defensive, All ranges
Effect: This Technique creates a whirlwind tornado that neutralizes any Techniques that comes across its path. The stronger the Technique, the more amount of Chakra is used to neutrulize the Jutsu.


Name: Wind Release: Whirlwind Fist
Type: Offensive, Defensive, Short range (0-5m)
Effect: The user delivers a punch that releases a giant, adaptable whirlwind.

Name: Wind Release: Violent Wind Palm
Type: Unknown, Attack, Supplementary, Long Range (0~10m+)
Effect: A simple technique that sends a gust of concentrated wind at the opponent. When used with a weapon such as a kunai can be fatal.

Name: Wind Release: Great Breakthrough
Type: C-rank, Offensive, Short to mid-range (0-10m)
Effect: This technique creates a large explosion of wind from the user's location, easily leveling everything in its path. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

Name: Whirlwind Strike (Custom)
Type: B-Rank, Offensive/Defensive, All ranges
Effect: This technique creates a concentrated gusts of wind mixed with chakra, attacking its target from either Front, Left, Right or from Behind.

Name: Wind Release: Grand Flying Hurricane (Custom)
Type: S-rank, Offensive, All ranges
Effect: Similar to the "Flying Hurricane", but slightly different. it fires concentrated gusts of wind blasts from the tip of the blade in the shape of a crescent moon. The technique is said to be almost impossible to block because of its intangible nature. (Uses this when only "Shadow Seal: Hyorinmaru's Release" is unleashed, due to the large amount of Chakra it uses. but can use it once every Month, but drastically drains his Chakra by a large amount)

After a long journey to Konoha, Matsuda, the Kazekage had returned to his village. he sat down on his chair and sighed. "Its been a while seen I've been here" he thought, looking outside of his window. Matsuda soon began to fall asleep. nearly falling from his chair, he suddenly woke up and cleared his throat. "I'm tired from my journey, so I think I'll go to sleep" he said, speaking to himself as he headed to his home, leaving the Kazekage's office.
