Custom Jutsus.

This thread is for all you guys to come up with new jutsu and wait for a mod to approve it.
However there are some limitations....if you want some jutsus to directly get approved pm me or naruto(the admin) and we'll see to it.

Eternal Byakugan - a variation of the normal Byakugan that Renjiro Hyuuga has created over 3 years. The Eternal Byakugan eliminate the blinds spot of the normal Byakugan and the need to deactive it a the user must establish a seperate chakra supply for the eye to use. Also it increases the distance that the user can see. Only Renjiro Hyuuga knows this technique so only he can use/teach it. It is classed as a S rank Technique as it is very difficult to use and master.

Mine is the Shiroki Dimensional Cross - after a year of training with his white chakra and his sharingan, kai developed a skill that only he(or someone with white chakra and sharingan) can master. a jutsu in which he creates a inter dimensional gap to create a sorta gate, which he can open anywhere so that anyone who wakes into it, comes outta the other gate. this goes for his tools as well. he developed it from seeing the effects of mangekyou Implosion. but it requires so much chakra, that he can use it not more that 3 times a day. a 4th time would kill him.

as for his byakugan eternal, it to under powered, increase its power a little . i mean u guys have heavenly spin to cover up blind spot, so why just limit it to that. make it like mangekyou sharingan, that it allows u special jutsu, or something

the whole point of the eternal byakugan is that i dont have to deactivate it and i dont have any. im added other levels to my byakugan soon

i got a Eternal Mangekyou... i can copy it by seeing it once

and no its a technque of blending the two together that the key. it hasnt been done before becaus if you get it wrong it explodes and almosyt kills the user. i however am a hyuuga and is a perfectionist when it comes to chakra control

and it does what it says on te tin it just a simple mix of the two which leads to one hell of a kick ass technique

dude.. 1. chidori can be used best by uchiha and hatake as sharingan and shiroki help to control volatile chakra... therefore, i can copy these atacks easily

Type: Ninjutsu

Description: This technique is used to counter a Wind attack launched against the user. The user will split the incoming Wind attack with their chakra and take control of it. The attack can then be launched back at the ninja who originally created it or even another opponent.
*Note: This technique cannot be countered with another Wind Return by the opponent. You can only counter an attack of lower rank.

Fuuton - Fuusajin (Dust Wind)

Description: This is a Ninjutsu that utilizes the wind element. Using a weapon/tool, the user can blow a strong current which will cover the surrounding area in dust. This dust will serve to loosen the footing for any opponent who walks nearby.

Hikui Tenkuu Assaku no Jutsu (Low Air Pressure Technique)

Description:This technique makes the air pressure in a room drop dramatically, causing anyone inside to fall asleep. It can only work in an enclosed area like a building or room.

Fuuton Fuuryuudan no Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A Rank
Description: Powerful attack that creates a huge surge of wind in the shape of a dragon, which is sent towards the opponent. Large dragon, much like the Suiryuudan in size but made out of wind. If the victim is hit they will suffer great amounts of damage. It will seem as if he or she is stuck inside a tornado.

Fuuton - Tsuin Doragon no Jutsu (Wind - Twin Dragon Technique)
Rank: B-rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Requires the only seal of dragon. It utilizes the element of wind to create two dragons that swirl around the user and can be moved through the air by chakra usage towards a target. The two dragons become feirce winds and collect any debris or anything that swirl around within it, and charge towards an enemy, slashing at them with fierce winds and a powerful blow. If the seal is formed upsidedown, the wind dragons can be used in a vaccuum sort of way; basically when the dragon's hit the user, the only effect it has on them is that it sucks the air out of them, causing lack of oxygen and possible suffocation.
Special: Handseals : Dragon (reverse dragon)
Drawback: If used incorrectly, or not strong enough to weild this technique, the jutsu could backfire. Expecially dangerous when using reverse version, if not utilized well, suffocation could become your downfall.
Description: When created, it becomes two twin dagons, about 5 feet in diameter, length varies to the distance of the opponent. They look like traditional chinese dragons, no color since wind is transparent, color can change to the debris that is collected.

Your dust wind technique... is one used by temari...
so its not custom jutsu... its a cannon jutsu

doujutsu

kenzangan - seeing eye
this doujutsu is unique to zabuza, caused by his large chakra deposits which are red, his eyes have been stained red by the large flow of chakra which passes through them. because of this large chakra flow zabuza has trained his eyes an developed the kenzangan which enables him to see and sense in otherways, any chakra source around him. because of the constant flow of chakra kenzangan is permanantly activated.

kaizouhone chakra kiuuyn no jutsu - chakra draining bone fuse technique
this technique utilises the kaguya bloodine ability of bone manipulation. the user grows a bone from any part of their body and enters the opponent body with it, the then grow their bone onto the opponents own skeleton, attaching them together. the user then uses chakra drain through their bone and it spreads throughout the enemys body.

chakrahonekiri - bone chakra edge
this technique utilises the kaguya bloodline ability and zabuzas unique chakra. the user creates a weapon of bone from their body and then uses the red chakra to create an extremley sharp but molecularly dense edged weapon.

Shiroki Sharingan - It is a combination of Eternal Mangekyou, Sharkgan and Shiroki chakra.
It uses the Shiroki as its source of power, but it can be activated only if Shiroki itself is active. It increases power of any and all jutsu. Specially those which require Eternal Mangekyou, Sharkgan and Shiroki.
