Looks:Irato wears baggy black pants and a black shirt, the normal shinobi sandals, a tan flak jacket, and bandages wrapped around his entire right arm. He wears his Sand Village headband around his head, but it is hardly noticable because of his long black hair covering his eyes. He is 5'9'', and around 150 pounds.

Personality:Irato's personality is somewhat like Gaara's. He doesn't understand love, because no one has ever loved him, except for because of his, I guess you could say, Kekkai Genkai. He doesn't feel a need to kill everyone he meets, though. He's overall not the nicest person you'll ever meet, but it's understandable considering his past.

Special Characteristics: Irato doesn't technically have a bloodline. Well, not his own, anyway. When he was younger, he lived in the Cloud Village. The Cloud Village kidnapped a branch member of the Leaf Village's Hyuuga clan. The Cloud assembled their greatest ninja to attempt to unlock the seal, and attempt a challenging surgery. They took the eyes from the man, and implanted them in young Irato. Unfortunately, the surgery failed. Irato was abandoned, and banished from the village. When he turned 8, he was found by a Sunagakure shinobi, and taken in. When he hit puberty and became an adult, the Byakugan started working. An adults Byakugan would not work in a child.

Description: Irato creates 10 clones, transforms them into shuriken using the Transformation Jutsu, then throws them at his opponent like in Shuriken Hurricane. After cutting up his opponent, the shuriken turn back into clones, and attack his his enemy.

Description: Wind Shield creates a blast all around Irato, that will knock back any weapons/enemies near him, away.


History/Background Story:Irato became a ninja when his Byakugan started to work, and the Kazekage said he had GREAT potential as a ninja. So he trains as hard as possible, trying to one day prove that he isn't useless, to the cloud village, who abandoned him.
While in the Ninja Academy, Irato was treated like a God. Everyone in the Sand Village wanted him to feel welcome, because they knew that he would, one day, become one of the greatest assets the Sand Village ever had.
During Irato's time as a genin, he was given many difficult missions, because the Kazekage wanted to test the limits of his Byakugan.

Roleplay Sample: Irato slowly walked up to the gates of the Hidden Leaf Village, and started to sweat. He knew that if anyone found out that his village stole the Byakugan from the Hyuga clan, he would be hunted down by ANBU and assassinated. He covered his eyes with his hair, and slowly walked through the gates. As he walked through the streets of the Leaf Village, he noticed many villagers were looking at him. He ignored them, and kept walking towards the Hokage's Tower. As he approached, two ANBU stopped him at the door. He gulped. After explaining why he was here, the ANBU let him in. He sighed as he slowly entered the Hokage Tower. He arrived at the Hokage's Room, and knocked. The door opened, and he walked inside. The Third Hokage was sitting in his desk. He sat down and the Hokage started describing his latest mission.
